{"id":860,"date":"2017-05-14T22:00:34","date_gmt":"2017-05-14T20:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.betheonehse.com\/?p=860"},"modified":"2017-05-15T22:42:55","modified_gmt":"2017-05-15T20:42:55","slug":"color-maintenance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.betheonehse.com\/en\/2017\/05\/14\/color-maintenance\/","title":{"rendered":"Color maintenance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Widespreaded and adopted\u00a0almost in every field\u00a0since several years, color code system applied to work equipment simplify worker and maintenance technician duty.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, according to company&#8217;s maintenance plan is possible to make a\u00a0colors calendar\u00a0which, applied on the equipment after mandatory checks, show the effective maintenance status and its\u00a0consequently readiness.<\/p>\n<p>Color replacement\u00a0depends on maintenance schedule but generally could be done monthly, quarterly, every four months, twice or once a year (as long as being in compliance with maintenance management system).<\/p>\n<p>Therefore:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>define the color code with colors\u00a0to use\u00a0as well as replacement timing (calendar)<\/li>\n<li>buy tape, zip ties or tags of the same colors<\/li>\n<li>apply effective color on the equipment after\u00a0maintenance is done<\/li>\n<li>effective color &#8211; equipment checked and authorized for use; unvalid\u00a0color &#8211; equipment needs\u00a0to be checked and unauthorized for use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simple, isn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>WARNING: color code shall be applied on the equipment\u00a0by maintenance department only.
