Working on an electrical panel can be dangerous without adequate skills: sticking on the panel a label with Authorized Responsible name, picture and phone number is useful in case of need or emergency.
What about inspections? In the same way a checklist with electrical panel number, date of check (day/week/month/year), items to be checked, yes/no and remarks, Authorized Responsible name, phone number and signature.
