Don’t you know how to manage last minute superimpositions?
Take site layout, create a battleship grid, get colours and pen.
Take a seat around a table with responsibles of companies involved in the activities. Assign one colour to each company and leave them pointing out where they will perform operations.
Highlight superimposition zones. Specify superimposition area coordinates with letter and number (ex. F 6) and provide a description of related safety measures shared with attendance.
Collect attendants data and signature…but remember, safety is not a game!
